Go to the Walt Disney Company Privacy site and tap communication choices;
Choose “Disney, ESPN, ABC, Marvel and Star Wars accounts”;
Log in to Disney Plus and click account settings in the top right corner;
Scroll and select “Delete Account”;
Click “Yes, delete this account”.
You will be asked to fill in an optional survey.
If you are billed directly by the Disney Plus streaming service, and the Delete Account option is unavailable you still have an active plan — first select “cancel subscription”.
If you are invoiced through a third party, this step will be available, but you may still be invoiced for your active subscriptions.
You can check that on your Google Play Store on your Android device, or App Store on your Apple device. Select subscriptions from the main menu (the three stacked lines icon) and tap Disney.
Make sure you tap “cancel subscription” through your third party before deleting your Disney account to avoid being charged.
Enter your email address and click Continue;
Enter your password and select Log in;
Scroll down and review the details. Select Continue;
Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ with a 6-digit verification code;
Enter your code and select Continue;
Select Delete.
If your Disney+ plan is invoiced by Disney+, once you tap “cancel subscription”, you will continue to have access to your Disney+ account until the end of your current payment period.
If your Disney+ plan is invoiced by a third party and you make a request to cancel Disney+, you will immediately lose access to Disney+ accounts.
