Audible Plus Premium 1 credit costs $14.95 per month or $149.50 per year and gets you unlimited access to the Audible Plus catalog. You are able to keep this book.
Audible Plus Premium 2 credits costs $22.95 per month and $229.50 per year. It gets you exactly the same benefits as above, except for the fact that you receive two free credits a month.
