However, it is worth noting that they occasionally release the so-called Disney Plus Premier Access titles which are available for an additional fee. An example would be the live-action version of Mulan which could have been accessed for an additional £19.99, but that became free for UK subscribers to watch only three months after its release.

Moreover, the price changes do not mean that Disney Plus is more expensive than its rivals. In fact, in relation to its features, even after the increase, Disney Plus is still much cheaper than, for example, Netflix, which has a Premium subscription cost of £15.99 per month.
